Thank you for your purchase with Colour Me Beautiful HK. We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we check each product carefully before it is shipped. If you would like to make a return based on a faulty or defective product, please contact us immediately via email or telephone to notify us before making the return.
When returning a product, please make sure to do so within 10 calendar days from the date of issued receipt for a refund on the product (minus the shipping, handling, or other charges).
When we have received your returned product, you will then be issued store credit in our records to purchase a new product from Colour Me Beautiful HK within 6 months.
Please note Gift Experience vouchers and Consultations purchased cannot be returned or refunded.To ensure the quality of your shopping experience, Colour Me Beautiful HK uses SF Express to ship your purchased goods in Great China area (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan), and Hongkong Post for the rest of the world.
